1. What is a registered address?
A registered address is an address in Singapore to which all communications and notices to the company can be sent. Also, the registered office must remain open and accessible to the public for not less than 3 hours during ordinary business hours on each business day.

2. How will I know if I received any mail or parcel?
You will specify in the Agreement how you want to be notified (e-mail, phone call, etc) once we receive mail or parcel on your behalf.

3. Can Accmaster forward the mails or parcels received on our behalf?
Yes. We can forward mails or parcels based on your instructions. Postage or courier costs will be charged accordingly. 

4. As a virtual office customer, can I use Accmaster’s conference room?
Our conference rooms are used mainly by our serviced office customers, however, you can also have an access to our conference rooms subject to availability. You can contact our front desk and book the conference room on your preferred date and time. The costs will be invoiced to you accordingly.

5. Can Accmaster forward calls to my mobile phone?
Call forwarding is one of the features of the Silver and Gold Plans. During office hours (9:00 am to 6:00 pm), dedicated admin support will forward calls to your telephone based on your instructions.
